Physical Rubber prices witness some weakness on Tuesday

Physical Rubber prices showed some weakness on Tuesday due to limited demand from stockists after a recent surge in prices. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety remained unchanged at Rs 152.50/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety fell to 148.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 149/ kg.

In the futures market, July delivery rose to Rs 152.70 compared to its previous closing of Rs 151.41, while August delivery closed at Rs 148.60 compared to its previous close of Rs 147.12 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
