Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Motilal Oswal Financial Services has informed that the Finance Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on June 19, 2019 has approved an allotment of 137,912 equity shares pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.
