Physical rubber prices rule steady on Saturday

Physical rubber prices remain unchanged on Saturday due to inactive weakened session, in the absence of active buyers or sellers for setting a definite trend.

Spot prices for RSS-4 and RSS-5 variety remain unchanged at Rs 169/ kg and Rs 159/ kg respectively.

In the futures market, contract of September delivery improved to Rs 169.06 compared to its previous close of Rs 167.97, while October delivery closed at Rs 166.95 compared to its previous close of Rs 166.18 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange.
