Mindtree has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company today, have approved and recommended the appointments of Non- Executive Director and Independent Director, subject to the approval of the share holders at the Twentieth Annual general meeting. Further, Subroto Bagchi, who retires by rotation at the Twentieth AGM on July 16, 2019, has not offered himself for re-appointment.
