JJ Finance Corporation has informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has today, i.e., 21st June, 2019, approved the appointment of Sutjit Singh and Kamal Nain Saraf as Additional Directors in the capacity of Non Executive Independent Directors with effect from 21st June, 2019 for a period of five years, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
