FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 27 data: SEBI

The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2074.90 crore against gross sell of Rs 1735.80 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 339.10 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 874.40 crore with gross sales of Rs 247.30 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 627.10 crore in debt.
