LT Foods has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, 01st July, 2019 till the end of 48 hours from the end of Board meeting proposed to be held in August 2019 for approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. During this period of closure of trading window, all Directors, Designated employees, Insiders and their immediate relatives will not enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company.
