RIL slips on maintenance plans at Jamnagar refinery in Gujarat

Reliance Industries is currently trading at Rs 785.45, down by 1.95 points or 0.25% from its previous closing of Rs 787.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 786.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs 788.05 and Rs 782.00 respectively. So far 63456 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 902.00 on 04-Nov-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs 671.00 on 08-May-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 823.65 and Rs 778.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 254048.81 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 45.15% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 28.20% and 23.32% respectively.

Reliance Industries (RIL) has scheduled a planned maintenance turnaround of one of the Diesel Hydrotreater units of the DTA Refinery at the company’s Jamnagar complex for a period of approximately two and a half weeks starting August 28, 2012.

This shutdown period would also be utilized by the company to carry out other maintenance and inspection jobs. Besides, during this period the other Diesel hydrotreating unit of the DTA refinery along with other units including crude processing levels is planned at normal levels.
