With reference to the circular dated 2nd April, 2019 received from BSE regarding clarification on trading restriction period under the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015, Continental Securities has informed that the trading window will be closed for ‘Designated Persons’ with immediate effect and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30. 2019. Accordingly, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
