Essar Shipping has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on June 29, 2019, have authorized severally to Ranjit Singh, Executive Director & CEO, Capt. Rahul Bhargava, Director, Ketan Shah, Chief Financial Officer and Jyotsna Gupta, Company Secretary, to decide materiality of an event / information and for the purpose of making disclosure to the Stock Exchange(s) under Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015. The aforesaid authorization shall supersede to the all earlier authorizations given for the said purpose and shall be taken into consideration from immediate effect.
