Banas Finance has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 28, 2012, approved the appointment of M/s. Pravin Chandak, Chartered Accountants, as the statutory auditor in place of M/s. R. Soni & Co. who has resigned due to their pre occupation subject to approval of members at the ensuing AGM.
Further, the board approved the appointment of Saloni Girraj Kishor Agrawal as the managing director of the company for the period of 5 Years with effect from August 28, 2012 to August 27, 2017 subject to approval of members at the ensuing AGM.
