Integrated Technologies has informed that with reference to the clarification regarding Trading restriction period issued by BSE vide its letter Ref. No.: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 19 and as per Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in securities of the Company, the Trading window for trading in the Securities in the Company will remain closed with immediate effect i.e. from 04.07.2019 till 48 hours after the Declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2019. Accordingly, all connected persons/ designated persons are advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
