According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 444.34 crore in index futures and options segments on Tuesday, August 28, 2012.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 433.65 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 877.99 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 581.87 crore, while bought stock options worth Rs 135.83 crore.
