Based on the confirmation received from Link Intime India, Registrar and Transfer Agent of the company, BF Investment has certified that the securities received from the depository participants for dematerialisation from April 1, 2019 to June 30, 2019, were confirmed (accepted/rejected) to the depositories by the Company and that securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the Stock Exchanges (BSE & NSE) where the earlier issued securities are listed. Further, the security certificates received for dematerialisation have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification by the depository participant and the name of the depositories have been substituted in its records as the registered owner within time i.e. 30 days of receipt of certificate of securities.
