Siemens has informed that the Company on 4th July, 2019 has transferred and assigned its leasehold interest in the property located at Plot I - B admeasuring 2,04,120.37 square meters (equivalent to 50.43 acres), Halol Industrial Area (Phase III) of village Chandrapura, Taluka: Halol, District: Panchmahal, Gujarat to LM Wind Power Blades (India) Private Limited for a total consideration of Rs 158,50,00,000. Further, the proposed assignment of Plot I-C admeasuring 1,37,710.47 square meters for a total consideration of Rs 35,00,00,000 is subject to receipt of all requisite statutory and regulatory approvals from the concerned authorities and signing of firm agreement.
