Edelweiss Financial has informed that Care Ratings (Care) has reaffirmed the credit rating of 'CARE Al +' assigned to short term borrowing programmes of the Company. Further, Care has revised the credit rating of long term borrowing programmes of the Company from 'CARE AA; Positive (Double A; Outlook: Positive) to CARE AA-; Stable (Double A Minus, Outlook: Stable). CARE AA rating is considered to have high degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations. Such instruments carry very low credit risk. As of date, there are no outstanding debts pursuant to this rating and accordingly, the rating remains unutilized.
