With reference to the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report the insider trading by Designated Persons and SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018, KBS India has informed that the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed with effect from 1st July, 2019 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial result/s for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of un-audited financial result/s would be intimated in due course.
