Inventure Growth & Securities has received approval for subscription of upto 24.90 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each in Inventure Developers, a wholly owned subsidiary company. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 12, 2019 has approved the same.
Inventure Growth & Securities is into providing advisory and innovatively structured financial solutions in the area of fund raising, infrastructure development, government borrowing, corporate restructuring and money market intermediation.
