NTPC’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Nabinagar Power Generating Company has increased total installed capacity of 1st unit of 660 MW of Nabinagar Super Thermal Power Project (3x660 MW). With this, the total installed capacity of NTPC group has become 55786 MW.

NTPC is the largest power utility company in India and has presence in Coal, Gas, Solar PV, Hydro and Wind Power Generation and Coal Mining.
