Vodafone Idea declines on losing 56.97 lakh subscribers in May

Vodafone Idea is currently trading at Rs. 11.00, down by 0.30 points or 2.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 11.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 11.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 11.55 and Rs. 10.89 respectively. So far 2309815 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 37.45 on 24-Jul-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 10.89 on 19-Jul-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 12.49 and Rs. 10.89 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 32154.90 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.33%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.60% and 11.08% respectively.

Vodafone Idea has lost 56.97 lakh customers in May 2019. Following this, the company’s total customer base has decreased to 38.75 crore with 33.36% market share in term of Wireless Subscribers as on May 31, 2019.
