United Breweries has informed that the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2019. The share transfer books and the Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from Friday, August 16, 2019 to Thursday, August 22, 2019 in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the company to be held on Thursday, August 22, 2019. As disclosed earlier vide its letter dated May 20, 2019, Dividend at Rs 2.50 per Equity Share of Re 1 each (i.e. 250%) for the financial year 2018-2019 recommended by the Board of Director at its meeting held on May 20, 2019 shall be paid on or before September 21, 2019 post its declaration at the AGM.
