PNB Housing Finance is planning to raise tier-I capital by issue of Equity Shares and/or any other financial instruments through preferential issue, qualified institutions placement, rights issue or through any other permissible mode and/or combination thereof as may be considered appropriate. The board of directors at their meeting to be held on July 30, 2019 will consider the same.
PNB Housing Finance is a registered housing finance company with National Housing Bank (NHB). They provide housing loans to individuals and corporate bodies for construction, purchase, repair and up-gradation of houses.
