The letter as received by the Company is enclosed herewith as Annexure A. Accordingly, C S Mani ceased to be an Independent Director from the Board of the Company with effect from 22nd July, 2019. The above may be treated as compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III of said Regulations.
