Themis Medicare has informed that in relation to a litigation related to a key product of the Company wherein the Honble Delhi High Court vide its order dated July 5, 2018 had dismissed the Companys petition and on which the Company had preferred an appeal at the division bench of the Honble Delhi High court against the final order of the single judge. The Companys appeal has been admitted in the court. Hence, the matter is now subjudice.This may be taken as a disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The Company will keep the Stock Exchange informed of any further developments in this matter.
