Tinplate Company of India has informed that the 100th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Monday, 26th August 2019. The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 14th August 2019 to Monday, 26th August 2019 (both days inclusive) in connection with the AGM of the Company and the payment of dividend. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, will be paid on and from Thursday, 29th August 2019.
