Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 25th August, 2019 to 31st August, 2019 for the purpose of payment of final dividend for the year ended 31st March, 2019 and for 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
