The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on July 31, 2019 has considered and approved the same. Swachh Industries is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company and upon amalgamation no shares would be issued.

GoodLuck India is an ISO 9001:2008 certified organization, engaged in manufacturing and exporting of a wide range of galvanized sheets & coils, towers, hollow sections, CR coils CRCA and pipes & tubes.
