Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Rites has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2019 has approved the appointment of Parmod Narang (General Manager -Finance) as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from August, 01 2019 based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Parmod Narang is appointed in place of Ajay Kumar Gaur (Director Finance) and CFO who is superannuating on July 31, 2019.
