Electrosteel Castings has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2019, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2019. Further as intimated vide its letter dated 28 June 2019 and pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives (the Code), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives as covered under the Code from 1 July 2019 and shall open 48 hours after the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2019 are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
