Further, in terms of provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Designated Persons and others framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its Designated Persons, was closed from 1st July, 2019 and will end 48 hours after the results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges on 9th August, 2019.
