Majesco’s subsidiary company -- Majesco, USA has acquired remaining 10% Securities of Exaxe Holdings, Ireland, for a consideration of Euro 0.72 Million, as per agreed terms of Share Purchase Agreement dated November 27, 2018.
Accordingly, Exaxe Holdings, Ireland has become a wholly-owned direct subsidiary of Majesco, USA and step-down subsidiary of the company.
Majesco enables insurance business transformation for approximately 150 insurance customers by providing solutions which include software, consulting and services.
