Sayaji Industries has received an approval for closure/Strike off of the wholly own subsidiary of the Company viz., Sayaji Corn Products (SCPL) which is not a material subsidiary of the company and which has been inoperative and not carrying on any business since its inception, as per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.

The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on August 07, 2019, approved the same.

Sayaji Industries is one of the largest manufacturers of Starches, Liquid Glucose, Dextrose Monohydrate, Anhydrous Dextrose and Sorbitol in India.
