Maharashtra Seamless has received approval for Scheme of Amalgamation between Jindal Premium Connections and Maharashtra Seamless Finance, wholly owned subsidiaries of the company, with the company. The approval has been granted subject to the approval of the National Company Law Tribunal at Mumbai, the approval of the shareholders and such other approvals as may be required. The appointed date for the aforesaid Scheme is fixed as April 1, 2019.
The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on August 07, 2019, have considered and approved the same.
