Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services inches up on raising Rs 2,000 crore via NCDs

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services is currently trading at Rs. 297.45, up by 0.25 points or 0.08% from its previous closing of Rs. 295.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 296.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 299.20 and Rs. 291.50 respectively. So far 37025 shares were traded on the counter.

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) has raised funds through allotment of 20,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, at par, aggregating to Rs 2,000 crore. The duly authorized Committee at their meeting held on August 08, 2019, approved the same.
