The Streamcast Group has inked a definitive Restructuring Services Agreement (RSA) with Rolta India to help the latter repay and restructure its liabilities. Under the terms of the RSA, Streamcast will assist Rolta India and its subsidiaries towards repayment and restructuring its liabilities commencing with immediate effect. Through this agreement, Streamcast will also focus on reviving the operations of Rolta India.
Rolta India is engaged in providing IT-based solutions in areas of geospatial, engineering design and Defence and homeland security. The company is engaged in developing interactive media and games.
