IL&FS Investment Managers’ wholly owned Subsidiary -- IL&FS Investment Advisors LLC (IIAL) in Mauritius acts as the Fund Manager of IL&FS India Realty Fund LLC, Mauritius (Fund). The current term of the management agreement was due to expire on August 9, 2019. The company’s arm has been informed by the offshore investors of the Fund that they would not be extending the agreement and terminating the same with effect from August 9, 2019 and that this is a ‘Termination without cause’.
