Mishra Dhatu Nigam has signed a pact with National Aluminium Company (NALCO) to incorporate a joint venture (JV) to set up high-end aluminium alloy plant. The board of the joint venture will have a maximum of 12 board members with both the companies nominating minimum two directors each to the board.
Mishra Dhatu Nigam is the prime specialized metals and metal alloys manufacturing facility in India, located at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
