SMS Lifesciences has informed the Company clarified that, from time to time, the Company has been appropriately disseminating to the Stock exchanges the information about all the important decisions and appropriate disclosures have been made to the stock exchanges pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as and when required. The Company further stated that, there is no such pending information or announcement from the Company. Therefore, the increase in the share price/volume of the Company is purely due to market conditions and purely market driven.
