Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2019.
The company has reported 53.12% fall in its net profit at Rs 1075.12 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2293.26 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 4.12% at Rs 86398.04 crore for Q1FY20 as compared Rs 82978.96 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a fall of 41.48% in its net profit at Rs 1799.59 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 3075.06 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 4.01% at Rs 86956.29 crore for Q1FY20 as compared Rs 83605.07 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
