NMDC produces 1.95 MT of iron ore in July

NMDC has reported 1.95 million tonne (MT) of iron ore production and logged sales volume of 2.41 MT in the month of July 2019. The company’s Chhattisgarh mines produced 1.16 MT of iron ore and registered sales volume of 1.60 MT, while Karnataka mines produced 0.79 MT of iron ore and sold 0.81 MT of iron ore in July 2019.

NMDC is a state-controlled mineral producer of the Government of India. It is fully owned by the Government of India and is under administrative control of the Ministry of Steel.
