Lactose (India) has re-paid the entire loan amount of Rs 43 crore obtained from Piramal Housing and Capital Finance pursuant to which the Company received No Dues Certificate dated August 20, 2019. Nature of Agreement includes term loan facility agreement of Rs 41 crore and working capital facility agreement of Rs 2 crore.
