Indian oil corporation (IOC) is reportedly planning set up retail outlets at Nakodar, Gurdaspur and Bhogpur cooperative sugar mills in Punjab. The company has inked pact with Punjab Cooperation Department for setting up retail outlets on the surplus vacant land available with cooperative institutions.
