Pursuant to the Regulation-30 and Schedule-III, part-A (7) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Srichakra Cement has informed that at the board meeting held on 14.08.2019, the resignation of the existing statutory auditors DVR & Co., Chartered Accountants, Nizamabad was accepted with effect from that date and Satyanarayana & Co., Chartered Accountants, Secunderabad are appointed in their place to act as Statutory Auditors of the company subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting. The Company informed further that the existing Auditors resigned on account of their inability to carry out the audit works since they were located at Nizamabad as they have expressed in their letter of resignation dated 14.08.2019. The Company also attached herewith the copy of the resignation letter of auditors and consent letter of the new auditors appointed by the Board in support of the above changes in the statutory auditors.
