Authum Investment & Infrastructure is planning to raise funds by way of debt or equity or any other convertible securities etc. and through QIP, FPO, ADR, GDR, rights issue, debt issue, preferential issue, FCCB etc. or any other mode for raising of funds. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting to be held on August 30, 2019 will consider and approve the same.
Authum Investment & Infrastructure was established with the object to engage in business of an investor in real estate and to act as builders, promoters and developers of land, building, building sites, townships and building complexes and deal in infrastructure facility and to undertake and execute building complexes, road, dam, factories, godown, flats, blocks etc.
