Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) has reportedly tied up with Makhpa Private ITI College in Mekhpa, Bihar, to organize LPG clinic for the villagers, where free LPG connections under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) were distributed and villagers were given safety & conservation tips.
