Vikas WSP has informed that the Attorney of the company has asked the officials of the company to attend his office for the Arbitration discussions on 11th September, 2019 (Wednesday) for the claim of US$ 40 million pursuant to decision delivered by the state court on 9th August, 2019 whereby the court has said that the petition was filed to harass and to put pressure on the company. It has also informed that in the court order dated 9th August, 2019 a fine of US$ 50,000 was also imposed on the applicant that buttressed the claim case in favor of the company.
