Steel Authority of India (SAIL) is celebrating the 5th anniversary of the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojna, which was launched on August 28, 2014, for the affordable access to all financial services. An initiative to which SAIL has been an active contributor.
SAIL is India’s largest steel producing company. The company is among the five Maharatnas of the country’s Central Public Sector Enterprises. The company has five integrated steel plants, three special plants, and one subsidiary in different parts of the country.
