Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) has informed that the corporation on September 5, 2012 allotted an aggregate of 13,02,060 equity shares of Rs. 2 each of the corporation, comprising 8,58,220 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exchange of 8,58,220 warrants and 4,43,840 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees / director.
Further, the company informed that the corporation has extinguished the said 8,58,220 warrants. Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs. 307,44,22,940 consisting of 153,72,11,470 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
