It is further intimated that pursuant to section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 42(2) of SEBI (Listing obligation and disclosure requirement) Regulations 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of equity shares will remain close from 21st September, 2019 to 28th September, 2019 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
