Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR), Regulation 2015, the Register of Transfer and Register of Members of the company shall remain closed from 22nd September, 2019 to 28th September, 2019 for the purpose of conducting AGM. Record Date for E-voting will be on 21st September, 2019.
